Celebrating Our Values: Looking Back on the Last 5 Years and Planning for the Future

I am filled with gratitude for the amazing work our clients and partners have accomplished together. Today, I’m sharing reflections on these first five years and inviting you to join in the celebration and planning for the future.

Since 2018, our core values of curiosity, contribution, creativity, and advancing social justice have led us through this incredible journey.

We have reached a remarkable milestone of learning from nearly half a million individuals and over 30 organizations. Our value of curiosity comes to life through facilitation and keynote speaking. We believe in the power of curiosity to drive innovation and growth. Listening to you, learning about your unique needs, has inspired us to tailor our services.

That’s where the power of creativity comes in. We believe in the ability of creativity to transform. Over the last five years, we have worked to bring creative solutions to complex challenges. We have partnered with organizations of various sizes, capacities, and mandates, and have brought customized support and resources to meet your needs. Our focus on creativity has allowed us to stay nimble and adaptable to bring solutions that are right-sized for you, your team, and your budget of time and money.

That’s what I call our “C” contribution–customized partnerships tailored to your unique needs. Our commitment to contribution also means that we believe in the power of collective action to affect positive change. We continue to contribute by providing thought leadership and by leveraging our network to create collaborations that bring together the nonprofit community to exchange knowledge, experiences, best practices, and meaningful partnerships.

Last, and certainly not least, we are proud to work with organizations that are actively working to advance justice. From youth and community development to conservation and climate action, we have supported people and organizations working toward social justice. Moving forward, this focus will remain a central tenet of our work. We look forward to working with you to set bold goals that advance equity and justice.
